Facility Reviews Summary

As a u haul rental service the front desk was lazy rud and threatened to charge an additional days rent if I didn't put trailer where wanted it. My paperwork had the tow dolly and trailer being dropped off at home town and truck at a fort worth facility. The attendant would not do anything to help so I hade to call u haul and get paper work changed. Even though the tow dolly paperwork had his facility for the drop off he did not want it I received no receipt for the drop off. This facility is a black eye for u haul.

Shelly who works in the office came back after closing on a Saturday just so that I would not have to wait until Monday. She is friendly, knowledgeable and you couldn't ask for better customer service. The location is convenient for me and the grounds and facility is neat and clean. IFinally a company that understands what customer service is and excels at it!

The man that helped me was absolutely the best. He showed interest in my needs. I think his name was Ryan or Bryan. but anyways, great job!

The manager was wonderful. He came around the desk and helped me out with boxes and other things. He answered all the questions. Great experience.
